SBM Bank (Mauritius) Ltd wishes to inform its customers and the public in general that all SBM
branches in Mauritius will operate from 9.30 A.M. to 3.00 P.M. as from Wednesday 24 March
2021, until further notice.
Kindly note that our Curepipe, Mesnil and Vacoas branches will only offer till services, i.e. cash
deposit and withdrawal, cheque deposit and encashment, and funds transfer.
Note: Customers visiting SBM branches should abide by Government’s protocol
regarding access by alphabetical order as follows:
A-F: Monday and Thursday
G-N: Tuesday and Friday
O-Z: Wednesday and Saturday
Clearing of Cheques deposited and other Interbank and MACSS transfer requests made on
Saturday or on a public holiday will be processed on Monday or the next working day.
Interbank fees on ATMs have been waived until further notice.
While we are committed to ensure the continuity of our services, our employee and customer
safety remains our priority. We therefore kindly request all customers visiting our branches to
wear a mask and gloves, to use hand sanitizers and to abide by social distancing measures. We
also invite them to follow all instructions provided to them by our staff during their visit.
Please note that all our remote channels (Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/ATM/SBM easy-pay
and SBM Pocket) remain operational 24/7.
